We bring the assignment description, company information and supporting project documents together. Each employee’s nationality, residence, travel dates and proposed activities still need individual attention.

Installation and commissioning

The application needs to reflect the actual work. Explain the equipment or installation involved, the project location, the host organisation and each employee’s expected time on site.

Maintenance and service visits

A short visit can still involve technical work. Start with the tasks to be performed, rather than describing every assignment simply as a business trip.

Changing team lists or dates

Tell us when personnel, activities or dates change. We review how the change affects the agreed application work and explain any additional information needed. Existing applications are not automatically transferable to another employee.
