The project brief
An onshore horizontal directional drilling project involved approximately 12 employees of different nationalities and a construction schedule extending over several months.
The planning challenge
The project duration, individual assignments and proposed work had to be considered together. A shared project schedule does not automatically establish the same immigration requirements for every employee.
